Role Overview :

In a context of growth and structuring, Unlimitail is looking for a Talent Acquisition to support the development of its employer brand and attract top talent.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be involved both in recruitment (from defining the need to onboarding) and cross‑functional HR projects.

Your Mission :

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead the entire recruitment process: defining the need, drafting and publishing job ads, sourcing, interviews, and candidate follow‑up.
• Identify and activate the most effective talent acquisition channels (job boards, networks, referrals, agencies, etc.).
• Conduct proactive sourcing for key profiles (data, tech, marketing, HR, etc.).
• Support managers in defining needs and making hiring decisions.
• Contribute to improving the candidate experience and the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Cross‑Functional HR Projects

• Take part in cross‑functional HR projects: onboarding improvements, people review, integration pathways, etc.
• Contribute to the digitalization of HR processes and the implementation of monitoring tools (ATS, reporting, dashboards).
• Act as an ambassador for the company culture and a key player in internal communication.

What we’re looking for :

• Graduated with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house).
• Excellent writing skills in both French and English.
• Proficiency with recruitment and communication tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, graphic design tools, CMS).
• Autonomy, creativity, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
• Team spirit and an interest in evolving and fast‑changing environments.
