This is your chance to join a dynamic team and play a key role in sourcing and managing critical components. As a Strategic Buyer , you'll be responsible for a portfolio of strategic industrial suppliers (motors and electronics) that contribute to air handling units, fire protection systems, and more.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Manage supplier relationships: Oversee a panel of suppliers, handling upfront sourcing, contracts, annual negotiations, and project collaboration.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct technological and competitive monitoring to ensure your supplier portfolio offers cutting-edge solutions.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency: Partner with project teams to leverage supplier expertise and implement cost-reduction initiatives (resourcing, value engineering).
  • Ensure supplier excellence: Evaluate supplier performance, conduct audits, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate for success: Coordinate activities with other company sites to conduct joint negotiations and optimize purchasing strategies.

Travel is a key aspect of this role, primarily within Europe and Turkey.
