Une entreprise internationale de cosmétique recherche un stagiaire pour le suivi de la performance client. Vous serez chargé de l'optimisation des processus de reporting et de l'analyse des données clients, en collaboration avec des équipes internationales. Ce poste est destiné aux candidats curieux, ayant des compétences en SQL et une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais ou du français. Nous offrons un environnement de travail inclusif et engagé.

In collaboration with CRM, Global Business Analysts (GBA), and teams worldwide, we develop reporting to monitor customer performance. By consolidating insights at the brand level, we support management in making informed decisions.

Your mission :

Customer Performance Monitoring :

• Optimize and automate reporting processes.
• Analyze customer data to extract valuable insights.
• Support the creation of data visualizations in Tableau.
• Collaborate with CRM, Global Business Analysts, and international local teams to process and standardize data for brand-level benchmarking.
• Ensure data quality and enforce data governance rules.

Customer Behaviour Analysis :

• For the growing Asian market, provide valuable data support by developing recommended KPIs.
• Explore and analyze new data in GCP to gain deeper customer insights.
• As the market evolves, help interpret performance metrics across both online and in-store channels.

Project :

• Implement customer KPIs for new markets.

• You are curious, resourceful, and enjoy connecting with local teams across different countries.
• You have strong knowledge of SQL and statistics. (BigQuery, GCP…)
• Basic skills in Python and data visualization tools are a plus. (Tableau, Power BI…)
• You practice English or French with a professional level.
• You are persistent, reliable, and solution-oriented.

The position is a full-time internship.
