Karmen, une fintech en pleine croissance, recherche un stagiaire pour soutenir le CEO et le COO dans diverses missions liées aux opérations, au développement commercial et aux partenariats. Vous serez impliqué dans l'analyse des performances de ventes et l'optimisation des processus tout en collaborant avec une équipe passionnée et dynamique.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir l'équipe de vente avec l'analyse des performances de vente et la qualification des leads.
• Gérer divers sujets opérationnels, y compris le retour client et l'optimisation des processus internes.
• Assister l'équipe partenariats dans la construction d'un pipeline de partenaires.

Description du poste

Support the CEO (Gabriel) and the COO (Baptiste) on a multitude of missions regarding Karmen and the growth of the company.

Main missions

As the CEO's right-hand, you will be at the forefront of an excitingly accelerating fintech. You will work directly with Karmen's founding team on a variety of topics, including strategic and operational areas such as:

• Operations
• Partnerships
• Business Development
• Strategy

By order of importance :

• Business Development: Support the sales team with sales & prospecting performance analysis, lead qualification, and Hubspot dashboarding.
• Operations: Handle various operational topics, including customer feedback, internal process optimization (sales ops), cross-team communication, tools implementation, and consolidation of our events strategy.
• Partnerships: Assist the partnership team in building and closing a pipeline of partners within the French startup ecosystem (incubators, VCs, other scale-ups, tech platforms, etc.)

Your Manager

You will work daily with Baptiste, COO & Co-founder.

He is responsible for marketing Karmen's financing offer to target customers: companies with recurring revenues. He also supports Karmen's clients in their development and growth.

Passionate about entrepreneurship and startups, Baptiste attended HEC Paris and gained experience at Deliveroo, Ankorstore, and in venture capital at Founders Future. He is familiar with startup ecosystems and their financing challenges.

In early 2021, he co-founded Karmen to reinvent B2B credit granting, offering entrepreneurs a simple, fast, and non-dilutive financing option. Baptiste enjoys water sports, travel, and gastronomy!

Your team & contacts

You will collaborate with Antoine Tzavaras (Head of Sales), Gabriel (CEO & Co-founder), and the sales, credit, and marketing teams. You will also interact with prospects, clients, and partners.
