Could you be the full-time Industrial Lead in [LOCATION] we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive industrial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, strategic, and supportive teammates.

You'll coordinate and develop a model for Industrial Management, aligning with our overall industrial objectives and strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Maintenance, Modernization, Parts Repairs & Overhauls, and Parts Hubs), standardize core industrial processes, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of developing tool specifications, ensuring their deployment and implementation, but also supporting tenders and projects on industrial topics.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Standardizing industrial core models and processes for Modernization and Maintenance
  • Coordinating the development of Regional Industrial Plans
  • Monitoring and developing Industrial Performance within Regions
  • Enhancing Industrial Expertise in the PL and Regions
  • Providing industrial support for Tenders & Projects
  • Participating in the development of an Industrial Engineering Service Center

  • Degree in engineering/industrial background, and/or business administration
  • Experience or understanding of the railway industry or Services

  • Results-oriented with a logical and organized approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
