The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD, strong skills in HR process automation, and scripting in JavaScript. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, configuring the ServiceNow HRSD Suite, and implementing integrations with systems like Workday and SAP SuccessFactors. Qualifications

ServiceNow Developer (HRSD)

Location: Paris, France

Duration: 6 month rolling

Start Date: ASAP

Certification: CSA (CIS-HRSD preferred)

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong hands‑on background in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) for a leading ServiceNow partner in Europe, working closely with a customer in the transportation industry. You will work closely with HR, business, and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and automated HR solutions across the platform.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR, business, and technical stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements
  • Configure, develop, and enhance the ServiceNow HRSD Suite, including:
  • Build and optimise HR process automation for onboarding, offboarding, employee transitions, and document workflows
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Flow Designer, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions
  • Implement and support integrations with 3rd-party HR systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
  • Create and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics to support HR metrics and leadership insights
  • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance (role-based access, GDPR, encryption) across HR data.
  • Provide technical and functional advisory on HRSD best practices and ServiceNow platform capabilities
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, grooming, delivery, and retrospectives
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow HRSD (Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Document Management)
  • Strong experience with HR process automation (onboarding, offboarding, employee transitions)
  • Strong scripting skills using JavaScript and Glide API (client and server-side)
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM
  • Experience with Performance Analytics, custom reports, and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of security, role-based access, and GDPR/data privacy in HR systems
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong English communication skills (B2–C1)
