Description du poste
Overview

Product Manager in our Risk & Compliance cross-functional team, your mission is to build impactful products that efficiently solve customer problems—balancing user experience, business needs, and regulatory requirements.

As a Product Manager in Risk & Compliance, you will:

  • Drive product discovery: Continuously explore customer needs, uncover friction points (including compliance-related ones), and test solutions to improve their experience.
  • Lead feature development: Work with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver product features and communications (in-app, SMS, email) that help customers succeed across all Qonto markets.
  • Shape product strategy: Prioritize impactful initiatives that support both customer satisfaction and regulatory requirements, helping Qonto meet its business goals.
  • Build expertise: Develop a strong understanding of your product area by blending customer research, data analysis, and market trends—always advocating for clear, customer-friendly solutions.

What you can expect

  • To join a product-oriented scale-up with a strong Product culture, as part of a distributed team of 50+ Product Managers, and work with an in-house design studio of 80+ people. You'll continuously improve as a Product Manager thanks to well-defined ways of working, which you’ll contribute to improving.
  • To help drive our mission to energize Europe’s small and medium-sized businesses by building a delightful & powerful product.
  • To directly impact Qonto's success as you'll be working on one of our product verticals (e.g., professional accounts, spend management, cash flow management, bookkeeping) and work within a small autonomous cross-functional team.

About You

  • Product & go-to-market mindset: You thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy the challenge of making even compliance-driven products stand out—finding creative ways to drive user adoption and market impact.
  • Strong user research: You know how to run user research, especially in B2B or regulated settings, and are able to turn insights into actionable onboarding and communication strategies. Experience with go-to-market or PMM projects is a plus.
  • Collaboration & stakeholder management: You’re skilled at bringing together cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Engineering) and comfortable working with both internal and external partners.
  • Bias for action & ownership: You navigate uncertainty confidently, take initiative, and deliver concrete results—even when there’s no predefined playbook.
  • Adaptability: You’re at ease with changing requirements, regulatory constraints, and thinking beyond traditional product boundaries (webinars, workshops, industry partnerships).
  • Languages: Excellent written and verbal English are required; Italian is a plus.

Perks

  • A tailor-made and dynamic career track. An inclusive work environment. And so much more to help you succeed.
  • Offices in Paris, Berlin, Milan, Barcelona, and Belgrade;
  • Competitive salary package;
