Qualifications

Description du poste
Your Tasks
  • Support our Finance Operations workstream focused on the restructuring and improvement processes for our portfolio companies on site to implement and improve sound cash management processes on site
  • Collaborate closely with the local CFO / CRO and TMO lead on the preparation of turnaround concepts by performingstrong financial analyses, prepare integrated financial models and challenge and assess business cases
  • Prepare and execute financing solutions (factoring, asset-based funding, credit lines)
  • Improve financial statement closing and other finance / controlling processes and assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit
  • Manage the relationship to external stakeholders (auditors, financial advisers, banks, credit insurer, etc.)
Your Profile
  • At least 5 years of international experience in Big4 / Management Consulting firm (preferably restructuring focused) or Controlling / Finance department of industry firm (preferably with exposure to restructuring situation)
  • Successfully completed Finance degree from a reputable university or business school
  • Proven experience in successfully managing teams (e.g. as project leader in consulting projects) and working with cross-functional teams
  • Business fluency in English and French (written and spoken) with the ability to communicate in a well-structured and concise manner
  • Strong knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel (Integrated financial modeling and cash forecasts) and willingness to travel 4 days per week across Europe
