A leading gaming company in France is seeking a strategic legal architect to navigate regulatory complexities and ensure compliance across jurisdictions. You will spearhead due-diligence programs, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and provide legal insights to senior leadership. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in iGaming and a strong command of the Ukrainian language, alongside a minimum of 3 years of PQE. The position offers a remote and flexible schedule, medical insurance, and professional development reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE, including 2+ years in iGaming.
• Proven experience working within the Ukrainian jurisdiction.
• Ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead jurisdictional due-diligence programs across our licensed markets, ensuring end-to-end regulatory alignment and proactive risk mitigation.

• Draft, negotiate, and close complex commercial agreements, securing optimal terms while safeguarding the group’s legal position.

• Architect and maintain corporate-governance frameworks, advising leadership on strategic risk and policy optimisation.

• Partner with Compliance, Product, and Business verticals to align legal insights with commercial objectives and product roadmaps.

• Monitor and interpret evolving regulation, trends, and best practice, translating insights into actionable guidance for the executive team.

• Provide ad-hoc counsel on emerging matters to enable rapid, compliant decision-making.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must

• Proven experience working within the Ukrainian jurisdiction

• LLB / LLM (or equivalent)

• 3+ years PQE, including 2+ years in iGaming (must have)

• Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional frameworks and deliver practical, business-centric solutions.

• Excellence in contract drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.

• Meticulous, proactive, and results-driven with strong organisational skills and ethical standards.
