A leading global reinsurer is seeking an HR Controlling Lead to manage social data and coordinate HR reporting. The role involves overseeing Group strategic HR social reporting, leading annual statements, and driving CSRD HR projects. Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in social data management, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like Power BI. This position emphasizes collaboration and supports a data-driven HR strategy in a diverse work environment.
Within the HRIS & Reporting team, the HR Controlling Lead manages the social data in collaboration with the HR Data Analyst and Head of HR data.
The HR Controlling Lead’s scope encompasses the coordination of the Group strategic HR social reportings and components associated such as Data quality, support of HR Funciton on processes related on data quality.
The HR Controlling Lead works closely with the HR teams to collect the HR data allowing to build reports for our internal and external stakeholders, containing both KPIs and strategic information on our HR vision.
Oversee Group strategic HR social reportings , improving the quality and adapting increasing and evolving requirements. It includes, but is not limited to, presentations for the Board (Global People Dashboard), the Risk Committee (Risk Dashboard), the social partners (annual report for the CEEC).
Lead the social part of the annual CSRD statements (Section 6 – Non-financial performance statement in the URD): represent the HR Function vis-à-vis Group Reporting Control (Finance), Sustainability (CSO) and external auditors ; nurture expertise to link SCOR HR operations to trends and regulatory requirements, and to implement market best practices
Drive the related CSRD HR project by defining, collecting, and organizing internal social data to produce KPIs and narrative in respect with the global URD planning
Develop robust processes to collect and produce social data, ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of the data. Work with the HR Data Analyst and Group Data teams on the automation of the production of the social data KPIs.
Ensure social data availability to different stakeholders in the Group, streamline their usage across the various Functions (Compliance, Risk, Sustainability,…)
Contribute to promoting a sustainable data culture within the HR community
Support Data Driven Strategy
Support the build of the data gouverance and promote it across the company
Build, refine, automatize and optimize Dashboard by :
Empowering process owners on the data quality on their scope
Training HR community on data & reporting usage in collaboration with PO
Supporting HR data analyst specialist on the data collection, controlling automation parts
Build a Data, Reporting & Kpis dictionary and deploy it across the community
Be involved on new HR process design to ensure good usage of data and define how it will serve our HR data strategy
be part of the HR AI strategy to secure data usage and measure the effectiveness of AI agent

Required Education
Master's degree preferred.
Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)

8+ years’ experience in social data management
Experience in working with multiple entities and locations
Good understanding of regulatory and controlling requirements
