A leading pet food company is seeking a Sales Manager in Lyon to manage the Pet Independent channel. You will drive market growth and work with distributors while leveraging your sales expertise and customer orientation. A strong candidate will have experience in sales within the pet or FMCG industry, be a resident of Lyon, and hold a valid driver's license. About the Role

In this position, you will assume complete responsibility for the area of the Lyon Pet Independent channel for the company’s French operation. You will have full autonomy to grow this channel from a challenger brand to a household name. You will manage their selected wholesale distributor and grow our brand’s market share and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Experience in field sales or sales, ideally in the pet or FMCG sector
  • Your place of residence is ideally in the Lyon area and you have a class B driver’s license
  • High level of customer orientation, strong communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured way of working and willingness to travel
  • With your likeable and convincing appearance, you will quickly inspire others for our range
  • Even in challenging situations, you stay calm and don’t lose focus
  • Enthusiasm for animals and their well‑being
