A leading gaming technology firm is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across European markets. The role requires strong relationship-building skills and fluency in French and English. The candidate should have over 5 years of technical sales experience, preferably in the gaming industry, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. This position is based in the Nice region and involves frequent travel to customer sites.

The Sales Manager for Systems is in charge of leading our sales efforts across European markets and neighboring Francophone countries, engaging with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire L&W technology portfolio.
Develop and implement account plans to achieve long-term objectives.
Identify, manage, and close opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling to existing clients.
Ensure clients are aware of new products, features, and upgrades.
Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective networking, market research, and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Conduct in‑depth needs analysis to understand clients’ business challenges and objectives.
Present and demonstrate our solutions to key decision‑makers, highlighting the unique features and value offered by LnW.
Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to each client.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation and customer success teams.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure terms align with both client and company objectives.
Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to clients including but not limited to C‑Suite, Marketing, IT and Gaming.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer success, to ensure client satisfaction and success.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
Preferably based in Nice region (operational base for development and support teams) with frequent travel to customer sites.
5+ years technical sales experience in software and/or systems with a track record of exceeding targets
Understanding of casino operations and gaming technology is a significant benefit
Fluent in French and English – applicants will be rejected if they do not fulfil this requirement
Strategic approach and ability to see the big picture
Analytical thinker with the ability to translate problems into action plans
Strong relationship builder with evidence of customer focused style
Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships with prospects, customers, managers, etc.
Skilled in demonstrating value in LnW’s systems product portfolio.
Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
Fluent in French and English
