Qualifications

Darwin Recruitment are currently hiring a Sales Manager on behalf of a company in Toulouse that was founded in 2017 and currently has a head count of 45+. The company develops state of the art antennas for the satellite constellation market and for launchers. They currently have x2 products with the first being for Navigations where you are building an electronic low noise filter platform to attach to their antennas and the other being an X-band active payload telemetry Antenna.

About the position
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Department, the future holder of the position will be responsible for ensuring the visibility and sales of the companies products and services, generating leads, and achieving the sales targets set by the department.

Missions
1. Identifies customer needs and responds to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability (with presales support) in order to conduct commercial negotiations and send sales proposals
2. Coordinates sales efforts with lead generation marketing programs
3. Assesses client requirements to recommend the most suitable product and/or service
4. Promotes our COTS antenna products and related services
5. Negotiates contracts with potential clients and closes deals
6. Updates customer records in our CRM, HUBSPOT
7. Prepares weekly and monthly reports via the CRM
8. Prepares and submits sales contracts for orders
9. Collects deposits and final payments from clients when necessary

Profile required
1. Holder of a higher education degree in the commercial field (+5 years) and/or from an engineering school
2. The ideal candidate has a strong background that has enabled them to develop a truly professional attitude.
3. In possession of a valid driver’s license (Category B)
4. They demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
5. A strong spirit of initiative and drive, as well as team-oriented mindset qualities essential for thriving within a dynamic organization like this company.
6. As a representative of the company to clients and partners, they uphold and embody its brand image.
