A global fintech partner based in Paris seeks a Sales Executive to drive digital sales of innovative solutions, including Digital Banking and AI products. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in digital sales, especially in banking or fintech, as well as strong consultative skills and fluency in both French and English. This full-time position offers opportunities to collaborate with country account managers and engage with clients to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Overview

We are seeking our new Sales Executive to join the Axway team!

As a Digital Sales Specialist you will be part of a high-performing squad focused on accelerating the adoption and sales of SBSs modern digital offerings. These include the Digital Banking Suite, Digital Account Opening, Digital Lending, Open Banking and upcoming bank-specific AI solutions.

While anchored in your local sales organization you will operate in close coordination with the global Digital Growth Squad leveraging shared playbooks, competitive insights and strategic coaching to consistently win against niche digital competitors.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Execution & Deal Acceleration
  • Drive sales of SBSs digital solutions within your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with country account managers and presales teams to craft compelling value propositions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects building strong executive relationships and understanding their digital transformation needs.
  • Escalate and coordinate with the Head of Squad for strategic deal support and alignment.
Market Engagement & Pipeline Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted campaigns and prospect engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, client challenges and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Contribute to pipeline growth and ensure healthy coverage across prioritized accounts.
Squad Collaboration & Enablement
  • Actively participate in squad rituals, knowledge sharing and best practice exchanges.
  • Leverage global playbooks, competitive tactics and enablement resources to improve win rates.
  • Share feedback from the field to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Performance Indicators
  • Growth of digital and AI solution bookings and pipeline.
  • Improvement in win rates against niche digital competitors.
  • Customer satisfaction in strategic opportunities is supported by the squad.
  • Engagement and satisfaction of country sales leaders and squad members.
  • Effective execution of go-to-market plans across EMEA.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in digital solution sales, preferably in banking or fintech.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for learning and sharing.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional regional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with SBSs digital portfolio is an advantage.
