Qualifications

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente de solutions logicielles aux clients gouvernementaux.
  • Démontrer des succès dans la gestion de grands comptes.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et parlé) est obligatoire.

About you

As a Sales Director, you will manage a territory, close deals with new end-users, and generate interest in TRG solutions through creative initiatives, developing new channels, and leading complex sales processes.

What you’ll work on:
  • Close deals and onboard end-users in your region for Intellectus
  • Generate new revenues and build the sales pipeline by developing sales processes
  • Formalize value propositions based on customer needs and TRG offerings
  • Manage partners and agents networks
  • Negotiate and close new business and partner contracts
  • Manage sales team performance and execution
  • Lead lead generation, conversion, and deal execution
  • Pursue sales goals and targets
  • Develop strategic plans to expand TRG’s client base
  • Build and maintain regional channel ecosystems and networks
  • Identify and close new business opportunities
  • Meet targets and strategic objectives
  • Coordinate efforts with team members and departments
What we look for:
  • At least 3 years of sales experience with software solutions or licenses to governmental clients
  • Proven sales track record, especially through channels and agents
  • Experience managing large sales accounts/deals
  • Experience in the intelligence domain is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
