A food packaging company is seeking a Sales Representative to define and apply the sales policy for Belgium. The role involves managing customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and monitoring performance in a changing market. Ideal candidates should have a higher education in sales and experience in the food or packaging sector. Fluency in English, Dutch, and ideally French is required. This is a full-time CDI position with immediate availability.

Responsible for defining and applying sales policy, he/she is in charge of budgets, managing sales and achieving results, and managing the organisation, which will have to be rethought in markets undergoing change or development.
Follow up customers in your area (Belgium) for food packaging, canvass, listen and promote new solutions.
With a higher education in sales, you are known for being a hands‑on person. You will have some initial successful experience in sales, ideally in the food or packaging sector.
You are a good communicator and have real analytical skills and perseverance.
Autonomous and rigorous, you are also able to show initiative and make suggestions and you are eager to go on the field to be in contact with the customer.
English, Dutch and ideally French are required.
You will be sensitive to CSR matter.
