Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Trend Analysis: Investigate emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts relevant to our industry.
- Idea Generation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops to develop creative solutions.
- Prototyping & Testing: Assist in building and testing early‑stage prototypes or digital mockups.
- Project Support: Contribute to ongoing innovation projects by gathering data, preparing presentations, and documenting progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams including retail and TCS technology units.
- Presentation: Prepare and deliver findings and proposals to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Innovation, Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and problem‑solving.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Miro, Figma, or basic prototyping platforms is a plus.
