We are seeking dynamic and curious university students to join our Innovation Team as interns. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to forward‑thinking projects, explore emerging technologies, and help shape the future of customer organization. As an Innovation Intern, you will work on real‑world challenges, collaborate across departments, and support the development of new ideas from concept to prototype.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research & Trend Analysis: Investigate emerging trends, technologies, and market shifts relevant to our industry.
• Idea Generation: Participate in brainstorming sessions and innovation workshops to develop creative solutions.
• Prototyping & Testing: Assist in building and testing early‑stage prototypes or digital mockups.
• Project Support: Contribute to ongoing innovation projects by gathering data, preparing presentations, and documenting progress.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams including retail and TCS technology units.
• Presentation: Prepare and deliver findings and proposals to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Innovation, Business, Engineering, Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and problem‑solving.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Miro, Figma, or basic prototyping platforms is a plus.
