The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position, strong English communication skills, and creativity in developing guest experiences. Position responsible to all Food and Beverage operations and event, including but not limited to culinary, restaurant, beverage, room service operations, leisure hall and activities, toddler corner, fitness and spa.
Manages day-to-day operations verifying quality, maintain highest level of service, oversees guest satisfaction and meeting or exceeding business goals.
