A leading consultancy is seeking a Remote Land Development Manager to oversee the early-stage development lifecycle of hyperscale data centres across France. In this role, you will manage the planning, permitting, and site readiness for major projects, acting as a trusted advisor to clients. Candidates should have experience in land development, strong project management skills, and a deep understanding of the planning and permitting processes. Occasional travel may be required, alongside a fully remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in land development, project management, or development consultancy within data centres.
• Strong understanding of planning, permitting, and development processes across Europe.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the early-stage development lifecycle for multiple hyperscale projects.
• Oversee due diligence, feasibility studies, and development appraisals.
• Coordinate planning and permitting processes, engaging with consultants and local authorities.
• Support land acquisition efforts, advising on constraints, risks, and development strategy.
• Act as the key interface between clients, technical teams, and delivery partners.
• Monitor and report on programme, budget, and risk during pre‑construction stages.
