Description du poste

We are looking for Regional Sales Manager to lead Sales across France, Italy & Spain.

You will be working for an International manufacturer of industrial coatings & sealants who have a presence across APAC , The US & Europe.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will be managing a Territory Sales Manager. You will both be focussed on the Electronics Sector with 70% of your time spent on developing new accounts whilst 30% will be focussed on growing established clients

Reporting to the European Sales Manager you will be supported by an International Marketing team, a technical pre sales team , a portfolio of recognisable industry brands & the company presence at numerous International Exhibitions & Conferences

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sales leader who has experience of managing Distributors & dealing directly with end user clients.

Experience of selling conformal coatings, protective coatings, adhesives, potting compounds, resins or similar products into the Electronics, PCB Board Manufacturing or Automotive sectors is important.

Employed on a local employment agreement, the successful candidate will benefit from a basic salary of circa £100k GBP ( Equivalent) , car/car allowance , 25% OTE bonus, benefits & excellent long term career prospects.
