Regional Partner Manager, France

The role…

Regional Partner Manager is responsible for all partner activities in France. Owning the strategy and execution of the partner plan within the region to support the overall regional plan. Manage a small set of Focus Partners while also supporting distribution and a wide range of general partners to provide the required coverage model.

What you’ll do…
  • Create and implement a strategic territory plan aligned with the Sales GTM, including recruitment of new partners and engagement with regionally appropriate Strategic, GSI, Technology, Service and CSP Partners, as well as Solution Providers.
  • Lead generation with partners, including account mapping, AE introductions, joint marketing events and BDR days.
  • Partner sales activities: ensure AE alignment, deal registration and opportunity management, close plans and forecast reporting.
  • Partner marketing: prioritize and manage MDF and events, leverage CXI with partners, follow up on leads with Sales, BDR and Marketing teams.
  • Partner enablement: schedule and conduct sessions, drive completion of online courses, educate on partner value proposition and GTM.
  • Partner program: build and manage business plans, ensure understanding and compliance with the Partner Program, and align with Strategic Partner Managers to drive deals in the region.
  • Collaborate with Services and Account Executives to assign appropriate Managed or Implementation Services partners to deals and document expectations and collaboration.
  • Educate field teams on partners, program, processes and engagement with partners.
What we expect…

  • Understanding of and relationships with leading cyber resellers, technology providers, GSI and CSPs.
  • Minimum 8+ years of prior channel sales experience.
  • Experience designing Partner Business / Channel Sales and Marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker who understands the cyber security space and can work in a remote environment.
  • Ability to sell complex solutions with services including but not limited to endpoint, XDR/EDR, asset discovery and management.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and career stability.
