This is a part-time afternoon role (working hours: 1 pm – 7:30 pm).
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Your responsibilities will be varied: from managing reception and visitor services to coordinating office logistics, budgets, and supplier contracts.
You will also support HR with onboarding, assist in internal communications and events, and take charge of facilities, security, and general services.
