Une grande entreprise de distribution cherche un Responsable de la protection des profits et des actifs dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour garantir la sécurité des actifs logistiques. Le candidat idéal possède une expérience managériale, maîtrise Microsoft Office et parle couramment anglais. Ce rôle exige des déplacements réguliers en France et dans d’autres pays européens.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer la conformité avec les procédures de protection des profits dans la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Former et soutenir les gestionnaires logistiques lors des inventaires.
  • Analyser et signaler les pertes dans son secteur.
  • Assister les entrepôts logistiques face aux risques de sécurité.
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux centres de distribution.
  • Développer de nouvelles méthodes de prévention des pertes.
  • Enquêter sur les incidents de malhonnêteté interne.
  • Préparer des déclarations écrites pour les procédures judiciaires.
  • Traiter les incidents de violence au travail dans les 24 heures.
  • Installer et entretenir des systèmes de vidéo protection.

Responsibilities

In order to maximize the profitability of the company, the Supply Chain Loss Prevention Manager M/F guarantees the protection of all logistics‑related assets, including personnel, locations, inventory and costs.

He ensures that the core values of the department are respected by all staff.

In this context, he or she is responsible for the following missions:

  • Ensure compliance with Profit Protection procedures on the supply chain perimeter through operational training.
  • Ensure that inventory counts are prepared and carried out in accordance with company procedures and attend inventories as necessary to train and support logistics managers.
  • Know, analyse and report losses in their sector and ensure that they are reviewed and investigated. Preventive and corrective measures must be taken.
  • Assist logistics warehouses with security and supply chain risks.
  • Participate in the implementation of new distribution centres in line with the strategic development of the company.
  • Ensure compliance of supply chain procedures and develop new methods of loss prevention.
  • Investigate suspected or suspected incidents of internal dishonesty and bring them to a satisfactory conclusion.
  • Accompany court proceedings as required and prepare written statements and reports as required.
  • Ensure that the administration related to the protection of profits is properly completed and filed in the stores.
  • Ensure that incidents of workplace violence are dealt with as soon as possible within 24 hours of the incident. Give appropriate advice to the relevant personnel and make every effort to detect the persons responsible.
  • Support the installation of video protection systems (CCTV), as needed.
  • Ensure that all safety equipment provided is carefully maintained and used to the fullest.
  • Ensure that partnerships and shared security services are used and provide value for money.
  • Carry out audits and controls of distribution centres and external service providers.
Profile

Technical skills:

  • Managerial experience desired, ideally in the logistics or security sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent written and oral English.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Exercise discretion and complete confidentiality with respect to the tasks performed and information obtained in the course of the position.
  • Leadership, a taste for challenge and the ability to unite teams around a common goal.
  • Good analysis, both human and numerical.

Organised, efficient and synthetic.

  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously, identify priorities and anticipate risks related to the activity of his/her region.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Ability to adapt to change.

Regular travel is to be expected in France, the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
