A leading technology company is seeking a Product Manager in Bordeaux to champion customers and drive product vision. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine features, analyzing data to define success metrics, and conducting market research. Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in product management and a data-driven approach. A BA/BS degree is required, while experience in B2B software and mobility is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
  • Champion our customers, identify customer pain points and new product opportunities, make decision on product features and functionality, solve challenging problems, influencing design and architecture, turning ideas into customer delight
  • Conduct customer discovery, develop feature requirements, and work closely with design and engineering teams to turn requirements into developed features, get customer feedback, and iterate.
  • Bring people together and collaborate across the organization with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to drive clarity and alignment, build consensus, make decisions, manage competing priorities, help define, prioritize and push forward the product roadmap
  • Dive into analytics and available data to define success KPIs, monitor progress, identify opportunities and unveil trends
  • Research competitive products, conduct market analysis, and industry trends
  • Own and drive the product vision for your area, while keeping it in alignment with the broader strategy, product team goals, and cross- customer needs
  • Help improve our processes; we are constantly learning and improving, and you make our product development process more effective
What You’ll Need
  • 2-3 years experience in product development, product management, execution, or related fields, with demonstrated experience developing products from ideas to successful launches
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated data-driven approach to strategic and tactical decisions
  • Technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers
  • Experience with agile software development
  • B2B software products and prior experience in mobility and fleet management/operations a plus
  • BA/BS degree. MBA or comparable experience preferred
  • Work from our Bordeaux office
