We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Principal Consultant (m/f/d) to join our Compliance & Resilience practice area, located in Paris (France) and support us on a broad range projects of different scope and complexity.

Role Summary:

As a Principal Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor and lead enterprise-level IAM engagements. You will shape the IAM vision, drive adoption of global IAM programs, and work with senior stakeholders to embed IAM into broader business and IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the IAM subject matter expert and trusted advisor to executive-level stakeholders
• Lead the development and rollout of IAM strategy, governance frameworks, and target operating models
• Influence and align IAM initiatives with business priorities, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture
• Provide direction and oversight on large-scale IAM projects or programs across regions or functions
• Build and evolve the IAM consulting capability within the firm, including methodologies, tools, and thought leadership
• Represent the IAM function in internal forums, governance boards, and audits
• Define the vision, strategy, and operating model for IAM as a Service.
• Lead the development of end-to-end service blueprints, delivery models, and performance metrics.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align IAM service offerings with organizational needs and priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement of IAM as a Service model.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IAM experience in large-scale organizations, preferably including consulting and in-house roles
• Deep expertise in IAM strategy, governance, architecture, and tooling
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering complex, cross-functional IAM initiatives
• Exceptional communication and influence skills at senior management and executive levels
• Strategic mindset with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent highly preferred
