Offer Description

Research in model theory within the ANR Project MAS: Model theory of algebraic structures. Main research topics:

• Groups under generalized tameness assumptions.
• Continuous logic and ergodic theory.
• Algebraicity and transcendence in tame fields.
• Groups of finite Morley rank.

• Research in mathematics.
• Interactions with the researchers in model theory at IMJ-PRG and ENS.
• Participation in the Logic group's activities at the IMG-PRG (seminars, etc).

Research unit: IMJ-PRG, Sophie Germain site. Position funded by ANR Project MAS. Starting date: september/october 2025 (flexible).

Research experience in model theory or in the fields adjacent to the Project (group theory, ergodic theory, field theory). The application should include:

• A detailed CV, including a list of publications and preprints.
