Sitsuite Stay is a boutique short-term rental property management company operating across Dubai and Bali. We specialize in managing stylish apartments and villas, delivering five-star guest experiences while maximizing returns for property owners.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support our Dubai operations. This role is based in Bali, but aligned to Dubai working hours. It’s a rare chance to work with an international company while living in Bali.

This role ensures that property management tasks are organized, transparent, and compliant. You will coordinate contractors, track operational workflows, and ensure invoices match services delivered. By centralizing systems, you’ll reduce the risk of mismanagement and keep operations running smoothly.

Manage the approved contractor list (cleaning, maintenance, utilities).

Log and track all jobs (repairs, cleaning, maintenance) in a central workflow system.

Ensure invoices match work completed — flag discrepancies quickly.

Coordinate scheduling with contractors and oversee task completion.

Provide daily updates to management and finance on open/closed tasks.

Support Dubai guest communications when required (check-in info, guest queries).

Offer backup admin support for the Bali team when necessary.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in operations, administration, or compliance roles (property or hospitality background a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Trello/Asana, or property management systems).
  • Highly organized and accountable — can follow through without supervision.
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
  • Able to work 1pm–9pm Bali time (to match Dubai office hours).
