A leading fintech company in France is offering a Sales Graduate Programme aimed at ambitious graduates looking to launch their careers in sales. Participants will engage in a comprehensive bootcamp and gain hands-on experience while building relationships with customers and delivering innovative financial solutions. Candidates should have fluency in English and another Nordic language, along with strong communication skills. This role provides an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic work environment and develop essential sales capabilities.

Responsabilités

  • Outreach to prospects across multiple channels, emphasizing cold-calling.
  • Develop and execute a lead-sourcing strategy.
  • Build and manage the pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Balance time effectively between prospecting and closing.
  • Use solution-based selling to understand customer needs.
  • Become a product expert on Revolut Business.

Connaissances

Fluency in English
Fluency in Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish
Excellent communication skills
Impeccable literacy skills

Graduated from university in 2024 or 2025
