Salary: 45,00050,000 basic | 60,000 OTE

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to join the Paris team and support the ongoing success of their European client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious graduate or early-career professional from a top university, ideally with a background in Mathematics, Economics, or Similar, whos eager to build a commercial career in the global eCommerce space.

You’ll manage relationships with a portfolio of key clients, using data-driven insights to improve performance, drive growth, and deliver real business impact.

Fluency in French and English is essential, with Swedish a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of mid-market clients, ensuring excellent communication and support.
  • Analyse client data, KPIs, and performance trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell new solutions.
  • Prepare and present client performance reviews (QBRs) and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of service and solutions.
  • Proactively flag risks and identify areas for improvement.
About You
  • Degree from a top-tier university in Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing commercial role (internships included).
  • Fluent in French and English (Swedish a plus).
  • Strong numerical and analytical mindset confident interpreting and presenting data.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Commercially curious with a genuine interest in eCommerce and technology.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
