MAINTENANCE PLANNING LEAD H/F
HSE
Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules.
Ensures that the Client and Company’s HSE regulations are followed, as well as approved operating procedures and standard industry practice during maintenance operations.
Ensures compliance with Operating Procedures & Guidelines to ensure Process Safety, Operational Safety, and Plant Integrity.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
GMC focal point for all planning activities - (2 weeks, 5 weeks, 4 months, and 24 Months look-ahead plans).
Ensures conformance to Client’s Company Rules, Best Standards, and Legislation.
Oversees maintenance activities of the SITE team through proper planning (stock verification, tools, operational and resource assessment, etc.).
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Contribute to adherence to GMC Scope of services and improve performance of all Technical KPIs, preparations, backlog control, and planning.
Coordinate the scheduling team, ensuring deadlines are met and acting as the link between TEPDK and the team on planning topics.
Ensure the accuracy of detailed technical planning, review procedures, and ensure adaptability.
Review functional locations and WO lists to ensure all works are considered during scheduling.
Maintain planning quality by ensuring jobs are well-resourced and all materials, tools, and services are pre-planned in CMIMS.
Ensure team compliance with planning standards and guidelines.
Mentor and guide the team, identifying training needs.
Distribute routine tasks according to operational priorities.
Drive yearly work program preparations for all IOP activities, ensuring proper inputs for offshore bedspaces.
Coordinate with FMC for support readiness within the 5-week window.
Ensure proper hand-over of activities to site, participate in kickoff meetings, and understand the scope of activities.
Participate in personnel and organizational meetings and recommend personnel movements to GMC management.
