Internship Opportunity within the Legal Department - Corporate Regulatory Team
Based in Marseille, this 6-month internship starting from January 2023 offers the opportunity to support the Legal Department, specifically the Corporate Regulatory team, with the following responsibilities:
Assistance in corporate law related to real estate companies and management companies, including organizing board meetings and general meetings in compliance with operational and regulatory schedules, drafting minutes, management reports, formalities, etc.
Coordination with teams responsible for producing annual reports for real estate funds.
Updating internal databases concerning changes in companies or tracking tables.
Supporting legal and operational teams through notes, legal research, contract drafting, etc.
Candidate profile:
Currently pursuing a Bac+5 degree in business law or similar, or holding the CRFPA diploma.
Ideally completed an internship in corporate law.
Dynamic, rigorous, team-oriented, with a proactive approach.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
