A growing company in client services is recruiting a Sales Back Office Assistant to strengthen its team in France. This role involves managing and updating the client database, supporting the sales team with offers, and collaborating with the communication department on professional content. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree and has excellent command of French and a professional level of English. They should be well-organized, rigorous, and a team player, with opportunities for skill development in CRM tools.
As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Sales Back Office Assistant to strengthen our team and manage our client database.
Reporting to the sales team, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring our business activity:
Managing and updating the client database in the CRM
(contracts, pricing, commercial proposals, client data)
Administrative follow-up of sales files
Supporting the sales team in the preparation and follow-up of offers
Working with the communication department on the drafting of professional content
(press releases, sales documents, internal materials)
Ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of client information
Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Business, Management, Communication, or equivalent)
Initial experience in sales or administrative assistance is a plus
Excellent command of French, both written and spoken, essential for drafting professional content
Professional English level, minimum A2
Comfortable with IT tools and CRM systems
Rigorous, well-organized, and discreet
Strong interpersonal skills and a team player
