A leading pharmaceutical company seeks an International Sales Manager to expand markets and manage international distributors. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in pharma sales, preferably with OTC products. Fluency in English is required. The role is open to international candidates willing to relocate to Monaco or France. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

  • Experience in negotiating agreements with distributors.
  • Ability to manage a global network of distributors.

Overview

Due to expansion of our Client based in Monaco on the French Riviera (Côte d’Azur) we are looking for International Sales Manager who will be responsible for opening new markets and managing a network of international distributors in the company.

Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Travelling and opening new territories in: Africa including South Africa, Middle East, Asia including CIS countries, South East Asia (excluding Far East Asia) and Gulf countries
  • Driving further a strong growth of export business (50% last year) through building strategies, policies as well as constant market analysis and monitoring
  • Launching new products and line extensions of existing products with new international distributors
  • Representing of the company in contact with local health authorities as well as in congresses and international events
Requirements
  • Min. 5 years of experience in pharma sales ideally with OTC / food supplement products and/or in women’s health area
  • Experience of working with distributors, negotiating agreements and developing business internationally
  • Ability to work in different markets and cultures to effectively manage a global network of distributors
  • Fluency in English, French not required although it would be an extra asset
