Located at our site in Romans-sur-Isère, Covestro Elastomers SAS provides machinery and systems for the polyurethane industry. We offer high-performance equipment to clients worldwide across various sectors.

Position: Sales Development Specialist (EMEA & LATAM)

Reporting to the EMEA LATAM Sales Director, you will develop sales of machines and systems to French and international clients (including distributors), providing tailored assistance and advice closely collaborating with our technical experts.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop sales for SCPU & VULKOLLAN in France, Italy, Mediterranean Basin, and Middle East, introducing our products to clients.
  2. Identify and understand market and customer needs.
  3. Provide tailored assistance and advice to clients and distributors in coordination with technical experts.
  4. Enhance customer satisfaction by collaborating with technical, sales, and marketing teams.
  5. Host clients for product demonstrations, training sessions, and ELA ACADEMY events at our Romans site.
  6. Participate in trade shows to promote our products.
  7. Travel regularly within the designated sector (France, Italy, Mediterranean Basin, Middle East).
Experience & Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in technical sales or technical assistance preferred.
  2. Rigorous, organized, open-minded, team-oriented, with strong communication skills in written and spoken French. Proficiency in English and/or Italian is required. Additional languages such as Spanish or German are a plus.
