Une association hospitalière recherche un Ingénieur/e pédagogique applications informatiques pour concevoir des solutions d'e-learning et soutenir la transformation digitale. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 4 ans d'expérience, avec une expertise en développement d'applications web et e-learning. Le poste proposé est un CDI avec un salaire brut annuel de 40 000 à 45 000 €.

Role: Ingénieur/e pédagogique applications informatiques (H/F)

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop e-learning solutions:
• - E-learning and change management: design innovative online training modules tailored to user needs
• Support digital transformation:
• - Assist in implementing new technologies and digital tools, provide training and user support
• Documentation management:
• - Set up and manage a documentation management system
• Project methodology reference:
• - Define and implement project management methodologies
• Support and consultancy:
• - Provide expertise to project teams; participate in continuous improvement of work methods

Contract type: CDI

Working hours: 35 hours/week, daytime work

Salary:

• Gross annual salary: €40,000 to €45,000 over 12 months
• Additional health insurance
• Employee representative committee (CSE)
