A healthcare technology company is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to provide on-site training and support for healthcare professionals across France and the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a degree or certification as a Radiology Technologist or Biomedical Engineer, with strong knowledge in osteo-articular X-ray imaging. This role requires excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel frequently to support customer engagement and product optimization, ensuring the effective clinical use of their imaging systems.

Overview

The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) is a key role in the EOS imaging organization, onsite, communicating with the client and representing the company. EOS imaging opens a new role to complete a team of 7 CAS in France and abroad that are working together with the rest of the company hand in hand. This position requires solid knowledge of radiographic imaging, a pleasant manner, and a willingness to travel. The CAS is a pivotal member of the EMEA team, responsible for both supporting the existing installed base and fueling innovation through clinical expertise and user feedback. The CAS acts as a product expert to train and support customers on the EOS imaging system and related products, ensuring optimal clinical use and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering on-site training, workflow optimization, and clinical support to healthcare professionals across France & EMEA region.
  • Supporting the expansion of the installed base by assisting the sales team with clinical demonstrations, evaluations, and customer engagement.
  • Gathering and structuring clinical feedback from users (radiologists, orthopedists, technologists) to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborating with Marketing Product Managers by translating field insights into usable input for future product iterations and innovations.
  • Representing EOS at national congresses, conducting live demonstrations, and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Organizing and delivering training programs for internal teams, distributors, and partners to ensure consistent clinical excellence.
  • Traveling frequently within France and across the EMEA region.
Requirements
  • Degree or certification as a Radiology Technologist or Biomedical Engineer.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

  • Strong knowledge in osteo-articular X-ray imaging and clinical workflows.
  • Strong understanding of IT connectivity in medical imaging environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for training and customer engagement.
  • Proven ability to gather, synthesize, and communicate clinical feedback to cross-functional teams.
Compétences et aptitudes (Français)
  • Diplôme ou certification en tant que technicien en radiologie ou ingénieur biomédical.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (parlé et écrit).
