Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in start-ups.
• Strong knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance.
• Proven track record in managing recruitment and scaling teams.

• Manage end-to-end candidate experience.
• Implement performance evaluation and promotion processes.
• Design and execute onboarding checklists.
