A global market ecosystem firm is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their People & Culture team. The role involves supporting day-to-day HR operations and connecting with regional teams across Europe. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR administration and strong communication skills. This is a hybrid position based in a European location.

We are currently seeking an HR Coordinator to join our Global People & Culture team at Propelis. This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the VP, Business Partnering. An HR Coordinator supports day-to-day HR operations, combining administrative tasks with HR-specific activities.
In this role, you will connect the global P&C function with Centres of Excellence (Talent Management, Operations, Employee Experience) and Regional Business Partnering teams, developing practical solutions to ensure smooth workflows across P&C regions and standardising ways of working within sub regions and with CoEs. This is a hybrid role that can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe, ideally within commutable distance of a key European location in the UK, France, or the Netherlands.
