A luxury hotel in Cork is seeking an Experienced Hotel Receptionist to join their team. The role requires previous front desk experience, outstanding customer service skills, and full flexibility in work hours. Responsibilities include processing check-ins/outs, answering customer queries, and liaising with other departments. The position offers health insurance, paid time-off, and staff discounts.
The Maryborough Hotel offers luxury four star accommodation just minutes from Cork City Centre and Cork Airport. The hotel is also just a 30 minute drive from Kinsale, starting point for The Wild Atlantic Way.

Skills and Attributes
This role is based on a 5 over 7 day working week, which can include weekends.
Shifts are a mix of 7am-3pm, 11am-7pm and 3pm-11pm.

The experienced receptionist will report directly to the Front Office Manager. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Essential Experience & Skills
The successful applicant must have previous hotel experience at the front desk. He or she should be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and be eager to exceed guests' expectations. The successful applicant must also have a positive can-do attitude and possess great attention to detail. Full flexibility with work hours is an absolute requirement for this role.
