A dynamic European scale-up is seeking a Growth Outbound Intern to support outbound campaigns within the Business Development team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain entry-level experience in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment. Responsibilities include assisting with cadence support, maintaining sales tools, managing data, and creating documentation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented with Excel proficiency and interest in digital marketing and B2B sales. This is a full-time, 6-month internship starting in April 2026.
As a Growth Outbound Intern, you will play a vital role in providing technical and operational support to our outbound campaigns. Included in the Business Development team, and with strong connections with the Sales and Revenue Operations teams, you will sit at the heart of the Revenue generation engine. This position is a great opportunity for an entry-level experience in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.
You will contribute to the onboarding of Sales teams and ensure the smooth operation of outbound tools. You will be involved in optimizing campaigns and implementing processes that ensure their effectiveness and success. We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and dive into the technical side, using platforms like Clay, Lemlist, BetterContact, and Salesforce.
