Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
Troubleshoot technical and service issues (dont worry, we provide full training)
Collaborate with a friendly, international team and learn from experienced mentors
Maintain accurate customer records to ensure top-quality service
Native-level French speaker (C2)
Confident English speaker (B2 level or higher)
Great communicator with a positive mindset
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
Already living in Greece or ready to relocate
Previous customer service experience is a bonusbut not required
