• Expérience en création de feuille de route et en suivi des valeurs.

• Gérer les demandes et traduire en fonctionnalités et user stories.
• Prioriser le backlog produit et gérer les risques et interconnexions.
• Contribuer à la gestion du cycle de vie du produit et suivre la performance.

Your key missions:

You will:

• Demand Management: Gather new demands and translate them into Features and User Stories to integrate into the product backlogs.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog, manage risks and interdependencies with other squads, and steer squad delivery while facilitating day-to-day interactions.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Contribute to product vision, define and analyze features, manage squad delivery, and track product performance and value realization against KPIs.
• Product Catalog Management: Ensure alignment and updates between the product/service catalog and the overall portfolio, and communicate changes effectively.
• Incident Management: Lead L2/L3 incident investigations, diagnosis, and resolution.
• Resource Management: Estimate resource forecasts, adjust roadmaps, and report on resource utilization.
• IT Financial Management: Provide product roadmaps, track ROI, and manage product funding with variance analysis.

• You have significant experience in the Modern Workplace field, especially in managing end-user services like Microsoft 365 (M365), Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
• You bring deep knowledge of M365 tenant configuration/management, licensing models, governance, and security best practices.
• You excel at stakeholder engagement, with strong communication and adoption skills to promote collaboration solutions globally.
• You demonstrate a strategic, value-driven mindset, with experience in roadmap creation and value monitoring.
• You have experience delivering secure and compliant collaboration platforms and managing L3 support for M365.
• You hold strong product management experience, ideally with a Product Owner certification.
• You possess a solid understanding of the agile mindset and practices.
