Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the global wholesale and franchising business development strategy to achieve company revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and prioritize entry into high-growth potential new markets and channels.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and provide strategic recommendations for market entry and expansion to senior leadership.
2. Partner Development & Management
- Proactively prospect, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new wholesale accounts and regional franchise partners.
- Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure their health and sustainable growth.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to set mutual goals and drive performance improvement.
3. Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead all commercial negotiations, including terms, agreements, sales targets, and marketing support.
- Draft, review, and manage legal agreements with partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
4. Sales & Performance Management
- Set clear sales targets for responsible regions / channels and be accountable for their achievement.
- Analyze sales data, interpret sell-through trends, and take proactive measures to capitalize on opportunities or address challenges.
- Collaborate closely with sales operations and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in international business development, wholesale, or franchising within a renowned footwear, apparel, fashion, or sportswear brand.
- A proven track record and established network of international wholesalers, distributors, or franchise partners.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
