Reporting to the GenAI Transformation Manager, the GenAI Internal Product Manager will play a key role in change management and the internal adoption of generative AI solutions. Your mission: to foster a culture of innovation, support employees, guide the operational integration of an internal GenAI tool, and ensure its effective and sustainable use across all departments. Working closely with technical teams and external partners, you will ensure that GenAI adoption creates value, drives innovation, and complies with the regulatory requirements of the sector.

In this role, your main missions will be:

Product / Functional Responsibilities

  • Gather, qualify, and prioritize business users’ needs.
  • Prototype or co-create agents, workflows, or prompts to address business use cases.
  • Write functional specifications or simple user stories for the tech team.
  • Analyze tool usage and suggest improvements (UX, features).

Support / Adoption Responsibilities

  • Support users in adopting the tool through individual coaching, hands-on assistance, or documentation.
  • Facilitate workshops for ideation, training, or co-creation of GenAI agents.
  • Participate in GenAI awareness and upskilling initiatives for support functions (HR, finance, legal, etc.).
  • Become a go-to GenAI reference for teams: pragmatic, attentive, and solution-oriented.

Who are we looking for?

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for passionate and curious professionals who bring kindness and a touch of enthusiasm!

  • Strong knowledge of AI/GenAI (key concepts and platforms)
  • Familiarity with integration and automation systems: understanding of APIs, data connectors (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, internal SaaS tools).
  • Previous experience with automation solutions (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a plus.
  • Solid product management foundations: Requirements analysis / user journeys, Prototyping and MVP / PoC logic, Prioritization and iteration, “Test & learn” mindset
  • Educator: you make GenAI accessible, even to beginners, and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Empathetic: you understand business needs and know how to address them.
  • Product-minded and pragmatic: you focus on efficient, usable, and improvable solutions.
  • Autonomous: you can make the right decisions independently to drive objectives forward.
  • Cross-functional leadership: you unite teams without imposing.
  • Curious and agile: you enjoy exploring and learning continuously.

What are the recruitment steps?

If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

You will meet Alexandre - GenAI Transformation Manager, your future manager.

Then, you will meet Arnaud - Head of GenAI Program.

Finally, Elodie will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
