An international customer service company in Lisbon is seeking skilled Customer Service Specialists to support French-speaking customers. This full-time role offers a €3000 welcome bonus, meal and transport allowances, and health insurance from day one. Candidates must have C2-level French and a good command of English. Experience in customer service is advantageous.

Do you have (C2)-level French and are ready for a new adventure under the Portuguese sun? We're looking for enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon.

Whether it's answering a call with a smile or solving a tricky problem, you'll be the go-to person for our French-speaking customers, all while living your best Mediterranean life in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

What You'll Do

• Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward quick solutions
• Maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Your Schedule

• Monday to Sunday
• 07:00 - 23:00 (rotative shifts)
• 2 rotative days off per week
• 24/7 shift schedule may be introduced at a later stage
