Description du poste

Job Summary

The Foreman is primarily responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with overseeing field crews and equipment, interacting with Matrix personnel, QA/QC, and the customer/client, and mentoring and coaching field personnel.

This posting will be used to fill multiple field supervision roles on project sites; candidates are expected to travel to various project sites as needed (OK, TX, GA, NC, etc.).

Essential Functions
  • Support the company's commitment to safety and its core values.
  • Represent the company with high moral standards, adhering to the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
  • Perform system verification on completed systems to ensure correct installation per design specifications.
  • Review NDE reports to ensure compliance with code and customer requirements.
  • Assist in planning work schedules, determining personnel, material quantities, and equipment needs.
  • Supervise craft workers, liaise between field engineering and crafts to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor work performance and productivity, ensuring safety and procedural adherence.
  • Notify senior superintendents or project management of potential issues and assist in resolving them.
  • Ensure adherence to company, department, and technical policies, interpreting them as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience with Aboveground Storage Tanks, particularly in Tank Maintenance and Repair.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook; willingness to learn if necessary.
  • Knowledge of API standards is preferred.
