A leading financial institution in Paris is seeking a financial lawyer to advise on capital market operations. You will ensure legal certainty for transactions and work closely with various teams. The ideal candidate will have a higher education in business or financial law and at least 6 years of experience in derivatives or Equity Capital Markets. You join the Debt & Strategic Equity Capital Markets team of the Legal Department to advise and ensure legal certainty in the execution of capital market operations on strategic shares and investments.
You work on various transactions, arranged and executed by the Strategic Equity Capital Markets (SECM) team serving issuers (introductions to the stock market, capital increases, convertible bond issues, public offerings, etc.) and investors (margin loans, corporate equity derivatives, etc.).
As a financial lawyer closely associated with the SECM front office, you play a central role in the arrangement, the structuring and legal execution of strategic financial operations, which present high stakes for our clients.

You have a higher education in business or financial law, ideally complemented by training in economics, management or foreign law, and at least 6 years of experience in the field of derivatives (preferably on shares), financing or Equity Capital Markets (ECM) operations within a law firm, bank or company.
