About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with exceptional all-round EA skills, comfortable executing significant discretion and judgment, working alongside the leadership team in our Corporate Finance & Restructuring practice in Paris. You will enjoy a full and varied day and a full range of responsibilities that will play to your strengths as an EA, enhance your skills and provide you with an array of opportunities to add to your experience and to build relationships and your network with a variety of senior stakeholders, internal teams and external organisations.

The role is to be filled in Paris.

What You’ll Do
  • Managing of internal and external meetings and events with clients and other stakeholders
  • Managing calls, actioning as appropriate
  • Managing expenses and invoices and ensuring prompt submission and payment
  • Preparing and collating internal and external documentation, in line with company templates and standards
  • Coordinating of sensitive correspondence, reports and analysis
  • Managing contacts, maintaining the relationships and communications as required
  • Booking international and local travel for the teams as required
  • Providing admin and secretarial support to the team where necessary

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
  • Fluent in French and English
Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrable Executive Assistant experience, supporting senior management and a wider team
  • Experience of working with a professional services environment advantageous
  • Events management and/or project management experience
  • Experience with client interface and understanding of client relationships
  • Experience dealing with international time zones
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) advantageous
  • PA/Secretarial qualification advantageous
