Payroll Analyst EMEA

We’re hiring for a Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll Team. This role can be based in either Strasbourg France or Prague Czechia. The role reports into our Senior Manager Payroll (EMEA & LATAM).

What youll be doing:

As the Payroll Analyst you will be reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager. The Payroll Analyst is accountable for the day-to-day support within the EMEA and LATAM payroll team.

  • Processing payroll for employees in various EMEA countries ensuring accurate and timely payments, deductions and compliance with local tax and labour laws.
  • Support in calculating wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses and other compensation components according to company policies and local regulations. Collaborating with HR Ops Shared Services and Finance teams to ensure accurate payment disbursements.
  • Staying up to date with payroll legislation, tax regulations and social security requirements across EMEA countries.
  • Preparing and submitting payroll reports and other required documentation to local authorities if necessary.
What youll need to succeed:
  • Experience in processing payrolls across EMEA.
  • Experience of French Payroll either in house or via outsourced payroll provider is essential.
  • Fluency in English and French is essential.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and analyse complex reports and data.
  • Willingness to learn new programs and skills as needed.
  • Ability to deal with confidential material with care and sensitivity.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and proven ability to work effectively within a remote global team structure.
  • Proficiency with one or more major payroll/HRIS systems is a plus.

Analyste Paie EMEA

Nous recrutons un(e) Analyste Paie pour rejoindre notre équipe Paie EMEA. Ce poste peut être basé soit à Strasbourg France soit à Prague en République tchèque. Le poste est rattaché à notre Senior Manager Payroll (EMEA & LATAM).

Vos missions :

En tant qu’Analyste Paie rattaché(e) au Senior Payroll Manager vous serez responsable du support opérationnel quotidien au sein de l’équipe paie EMEA et LATAM.

  • Traitement de la paie des employés dans différents pays de la région EMEA en garantissant l’exactitude et la ponctualité des paiements, retenues et la conformité avec les législations fiscales et sociales locales.
  • Participation au calcul des salaires, heures supplémentaires, primes et autres éléments de rémunération conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise et aux réglementations locales. Collaboration avec les équipes HR Ops Shared Services et Finance afin d’assurer des paiements exacts.
  • Veille continue sur la législation de la paie, les réglementations fiscales et les exigences en matière de sécurité sociale dans les pays EMEA.
  • Préparation et soumission des rapports de paie ainsi que de toute documentation requise auprès des autorités locales le cas échéant.
Profil recherché :
  • Expérience dans le traitement de la paie sur le périmètre EMEA.
  • Expérience indispensable de la paie française en interne ou via un prestataire externe.
  • Maîtrise courante de l’anglais et du français indispensable.
  • Excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Office avec un niveau avancé sur Excel.
  • Capacité démontrée à produire et analyser des rapports et des données complexes.
  • Volonté de se former à de nouveaux outils et de développer de nouvelles compétences.
  • Capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles avec rigueur et discrétion.
  • Excellentes compétences de collaboration et aptitude avérée à travailler efficacement au sein d’une équipe globale et à distance.
  • La maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs systèmes majeurs de paie / SIRH est un atout.
