You will join a team responsible for air management and safety-related pneumatic systems, including parking brake functionalities.

As Embedded Software Project Leader, your scope will include:

• Building and maintaining the development plan for Air Management System activities.
• Coordinating key workstreams:
• Functional Safety (ISO 26262)
• Function development
• Embedded software development
• Software / system verification
• Supporting the higher-level project manager for all AMS-related topics.
• Supporting the Product Owner in ensuring planning accuracy and delivery quality.
• Identifying and managing dependencies with other technical sub-teams.
• Anticipating upcoming milestones and risks.
• Ensuring clear and efficient communication between engineering teams and project stakeholders.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

• 5+ years in project management for embedded software development.
• Experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
• Knowledge of ISO 26262 and functional safety good practices.
• Functional Safety (FuSa) experience required.
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally and manage technical dependencies.
• Fluent English (international environment).
